@steevc just finished a 7.7km run, that lasted for 46 minutes.

Description from Strava:
It is warming up this week, but we are still getting some misty rain. It felt a little damp as I went out this morning, but it did not last. My legs were a little tired from my weekend runs, but I am keen to keep on building my fitness. After a drink and a small snack I set off.
It was the usual loop around Fairfield as that gives me a good workout with the hill. I was not thinking too much about pace and just going with what was comfortable. The schools are back this week and so I saw a few kids as well as the usual dog walkers and a few runners.
I paused to snap a couple of photos, but otherwise kept on running. I had not really noticed that there are three signs for Hospital Road. The old one at the top is a little worn out and barely readable. I ran down there and around the houses to add some extra distance.
I will have to see if parkrun is on, but if the sun keeps coming out as it did today then it should dry up a little. We are getting a good bit of solar power over the day.
Podcasts included drummers Vinnie Colaiuta and Sheila E. in conversation as well as a science podcast on dealing with nuclear waste. I do like variety.
There is no pub jam this week, but I do have a drumming lesson booked. That will be my first of the year. I do my online lessons with Drumeo, but the one to one sessions are very useful.

If you didn't know I've been getting downvoted for a long time on Hive
They have been trying to bully me with downvotes and words but it doesn't affect me I've been online for over 25 years
So I've dealt with people like this before it's nothing new
But what they are doing is bad Very badi joined steemit like everyone else thinking it offers freedom but I must say steemit offered much more freedom than Hive does
Everyone already knows I only post my own original content I have no need to steal anything from anyone
I've been labelled a lot of things on Hive 😂 by the biggest farmers scammers and downvoters
Actions speak louder than any words do especially when them words are coming from a compolsive liars

If you didn't know I've been getting downvoted for a long time on Hive
They have been trying to bully me with downvotes and words but it doesn't affect me I've been online for over 25 years
So I've dealt with people like this before it's nothing new
But what they are doing is bad Very badi joined steemit like everyone else thinking it offers freedom but I must say steemit offered much more freedom than Hive does
Everyone already knows I only post my own original content I have no need to steal anything from anyone

They have been trying to bully me with downvotes and words but it doesn't affect me I've been online for over 25 years
