steevc just finished a 14.65km run, that lasted for 86 minutes.
This run helped steevc burn 1056.0 calories.

Description from Strava:
I did a lot of walking yesterday, but wanted to get in a weekend run. It was a lot warmer than recently with the sun shining.

I started as usual with running up the hill and around Fairfield before heading to Stotfold. I went through the newish estate on the south side. I decided to run along the lanes by the mill in the opposite direction to last week. There is very little traffic, but the road was flooded in places. I passed a very run down old barn. It would not surprise me if someone converted it into a house with all those old timbers.

I took the long way home. Coming across the open fields the wind was against me. It got easier after that and I felt pretty good for the last part.

We had extra treats for breakfast as we have visitors. Cereal, pain au chocolate and coffee went down well. I burnt enough calories to justify it. I was just reading in the paper how exercise can help fend off dementia, so that is another reason to do it.

Stay well.

Having been running for about 10 years I expect I will keep doing so.

Wao, you are actually boosting my ego to do the same.. I have always loved to do same but I sometimes get stuck in the midst of one or two things that diverts my attention . Bit will surely put it into plan now
