Morning Run: parkrun 102 Newbiggin-by-the-Sea

Description from Strava:
We are back up north for my second run at this seaside parkrun. We drove up last night through torrential rain near Newcastle. My other half was running too as it was not still raining.
It is a nice run along the front, but then you go up a hill to the bowling green. That climb is hard work and you have to do it twice. The second time was tough.
As you are going back and forth along the prom I saw my other half a few times. She was taking it easy as she has some issue with her leg. My hip tendon is not too bad, but I think my legs were still stiff from last weekend.
There were a few drops of rain as we finished. My time was not great, but I am generally slower than the last time I was there.
We are going to a couple of music gigs up here with some friends and I will report on those soon. You will need to be on Hive to see those. Let me know if you need an account.
