Are you training for a competition or is Rafa racing? !LUV

I'm not preparing in particular at the moment, I'm running to maintain a bit (or better said not to loose too much form !LOL). Rafa is a friend if mine and in general I'm competing in the weekend. At the moment it's what they call here "popular" races, so competitions where everyone can participate and which for 50% or more of the participants have a "more important to participate than to win" objective. It's very often connected with summer feasts in villages. It's a nice athmosphere. I've just been adding a description on the this one from last Sunday where this post was referring to so that it would be posted in exhaust too. I know, I'm a little bit behind, but I had a tough week. I'll catch up tomorrow with the rest.

I had my three most important races, apart from the crosses in the winter period, before Eastern. Championship IB 5km on the road, Championship IB 10km on the track, Championship IB half marathon. In June I hoped to run a 5km, 3000m and 1500m on the track but I didn't get the chance :-(

I'll keep you updated on this channel with your fantastic work. Basically here and on my actifit at the moment :-)
I was very happy with my unexpected 3'08" on the 1000m without really training higher rhythms. It meant was more to look for the rhythm for a 1500m and see what I would be still missing, but it ended up to be a great race and my 2nd best 1000m (in February I ran 3'05", and actually before I didn't run a lot of times this distance)... !LUV

By the way, something is not going well with the delayed postings. Yesterday evening I've been adding a description on my Monday session and it didn't appear, even though my previous post has been 15h ago.
I'll do the Tuesday session now, and we'll see if maybe both get pushed through:
