Finally under 4'/km again with 27'42". Flat circuit and almost no wind so it's not a great thing to run at 3'57"/km over 7km... But anyway maybe it's a start for a better period again... Definitely a great atmosphere in Puerto de Pollenca. Will tag #Beersaturday for the beers they gave for free after arrival even though this post will not be according to the conditions of their community... #AliveAndThriving #alive

Thanks mate, I'm finally getting back to an acceptable level, even though it's like a "summer level" with some beer and a !PIZZA afterwards. Late warm nights, little rest and enough work !LOL Thanksfor the wine and the BBH. !CTP
