Another accumulation run: April 29 2024
Another 14,5km even on the cross to further accumulate kilometers in this atypical week with a bank Holiday in the middle. This makes me unsure how to continue to train during the test of the week. I'll start with a swim tomorrow and hope for nice weather on Wednesday!

I was drinking a !BEER (a very small one) the evening before training (the next day)
Not optimal and I try to avoid it the night beore a competition, but since I'm training nearly every day and I like to drink beer and wine, it would be a little difficult....
