Normal swimming and more heavy cycling: August 31 2025

I couldn't motivate again my daughter to go to swim and she's the one who needs it the most... I went with my son only and after swimming I went for some@cycling with my daughter. In the beginning she didn't seem to feel like going hard but before half way she sat behind me and whatever I tried I couldn't lose her. Obviously this is more difficult with head wind and side wind but still I really tried a couple of times and she managed to follow me the whole time...
