control 3000m and laser run: March 28 2026
Control for Claudia over 800m and 400m did not deliver the trailer we've hoped for and this means no Spanish indoor championships for her...
I did a 3000m in 11'03". Like expected... There's not more in it at the moment...
When driving back home I considered that we could do as well the last part of the modern pentathlon, organized by our club, doing another laser run :-)
2 tracks in one day :-)
