... But without me running :-(
Terrible knee pain stops me from running. I took my bike to do some @cycling with my son and to keep my daughter company whilst running.

Again she wasn't really executing the plan which was 12km at a steady 4'50"/km pace telling me that she wasn't able to maintain this pace during the last 4km...

Not true I think because in the last 700m she was able to run 4'07"/km pace

Next week we'll try to pace up a bit and that at least she will be prepared for a 10km the week after that in Belgium
Me for myself I'll have to see how and what I can do and if my half marathon in about 3-4 weeks will be endangered...

Basically yes, but I use additionally Enandol creme and I do some stretching exercises for the muscles around....

It looks like it's going to take quite some time, it really sucks !INDEED I !HOPE to get back soon, because in 3 weeks I'm having this half marathon.... !STRIDE
