Sunday without much activity: April 19 2026

I think I've got a torn muscle... Continuing until the end yesterday probably wasn't the best option but I really didn't want to give up and not complete the task that I was hired for: running this half marathon at a steady pace and bring people under 1h40 to the finish line....

Mission accomplished but now hoping that I'll be able to participate in the triathlon championship in 4 weeks (if the water temperature will be more or less ok) and the laser run championship one week later....

On the picture here with Chema Martínez, obviously before the race...

I think that with proper rest (both physically and mentally), you would be less likely to suffer from injuries such as the torn muscle that you feel. 🤔🧘‍♂️ !HOPE that you recover (completely) soon! 🤗😏 !INDEED !WEIRD !PIZZA

Maybe you can decide to simply obtain your own equipment for chest/arm exercises and use them at your own residence (and maybe also office) !INDEED. 🤔🏋️😅 !WEIRD !HOPE !PIZZA
