A walk with herself along the greenway is how I got most of my steps today.

I’ve been trying to develop a habit of meditating regularly, but have never managed more than 2 or 3 days in a row before, so I’m pretty happy to hit 2 weeks straight of daily meditation with the muse EEG headset, which monitors brain activity, heart rate, and movement.

The app has various guided meditations, as well as unguided neurofeedback options that let you know you’re achieving the goals of that session.

Neurofeedback comes in the form of changes in the audio in response to your HR, breathing, stillness or mental activity.
