My Actifit Report Card: October 28th 2023
No parkrun for me today, I’m banned because I was too motivated to help people last Halloween I ran there ;-)
Before setting out for 4days of Halloween work, I made a note of the mileage of the car..
Guess how many miles I’ll put up on it before I get back home to Tralee.. I’ll delegate some HP to the closest guess.
5 hours stalking tall along the widest street in Ireland 🇮🇪
That worked out to 18,888 steps.. definitely a few more steps than parkrun😂
After a half day spent entertaining/terrifying the unwary, I was the one who got the biggest shock, when I was caught unwary, and got mugged by an machine in the lobby of the parking garage! It was very polite about it, but even so.. €31.60 for parking!
All part of the cost of self employment.
