quality running session in which I have done repetition intervals in lengths of 300 m.

A first round of six repetitions of 300 m with active recovery of 200 m on the soil lane to then do another second round of six repetitions of 300 m and with recovery of 100 m on the athletics track.

Obviously, the first run on gravel was somewhat slower than the second, although the recovery in the second was much shorter and harder. In the first round the average pace was 3'40"/km while in the second it was 3'20"/km.

We continue to progress positively and without injuries, little by little I find myself faster and with greater resistance, so I am very happy with the performance obtained.
