This ride helped traininglog burn 757.0 calories.

Description from Strava: I honestly don't know how I managed to get home like this... 4 broken spokes... One of the guys did his best to straighten out the wheel, but the rear tyre kept scraping against the frame. I had an accident today; someone else crashed into the back of my bike. Don't worry, I'm fine. I feel very well protected. Someone is definitely looking out for me from another world, because I flew over a metre above my bike. And I've only got a slight bruise on my left shoulder.

Luckily, he and I are fine. He did take more of a knock because he fell onto the road, whereas I instinctively threw myself into the grass at the side. 🥺

Unfortunately, there are some people who think cycling is just a game... I’m a bit annoyed, I won’t deny it, about all that situation that shouldn’t have happened.

O shit! First of all, I'm glad you're okay but that's your primary way of transportation, can you get it fixed soon?
Respect for the distance, 70km is fun... but then 70 more to return home... that's a bit much!

Here are the details of the route to Las Terrazas and the ride back home. I had to turn back at that speed because four spokes had snapped and the tyre was completely out of shape. As you can see, more time on the bike. So this has been more than just a graduation as a cyclist.

I'm fine. Strangely enough, and thankfully, even though the fall was like something out of a film, I haven't suffered any serious injuries.
