It's a public holiday in Kr, and I decided to take a stroll along the riverbank. The weather today is absolutely stunning, especially after the rain we had over the weekend.

Let's wake up early to awaken a hero in me.
When we are faced with worries or problems that are difficult to solve immediately, we often tend to feel powerless and lethargic. Similar to the symptoms of lethargy in depression, these real-life issues often lead to other problems such as sadness and a sense of helplessness.
Even though we may not be able to resolve the underlying problems and the resulting anxiety immediately, we should not let ourselves be overwhelmed by such situations.
We can start tackling the problems that weigh us down by getting up early and focusing on the tasks at hand. While this approach may resemble symptomatic treatment rather than addressing the root cause, in doing so, initiating problem-solving and overcoming challenges.
Let us awaken the hero within us. By doing so, we can assess the problems that need to be resolved, eliminate the factors that render our lives lethargic, and strive to live our lives to the fullest.

I totally agree we all are heroes in so many different levels of our own lives.
I remembered singing this song at work during an awarding ceremony on the top employees of our company with a thousand employees and one of them was a pwd who was battling a cancer of the uterus. While she was pushed on a wheelchair going to the stage to get her award. I sang this song Hero, It was so heart touching I even had a hard time singing the high parts because I too was crying.... Ahhhh! Life truly has so many surprises.
