Walk, walk, and walk for my health, the doctor told me. You have a sedentary heart, and you are at risk of suffering a heart attack. That is why I have made it a habit to walk through the streets of the city of Cumaná, Sucre state. I have been doing this exercise routine for about thirty days now. And the results are great. I feel more peaceful in my body and encouraged to keep going. This time, I walked along Perimetral Avenue and then moved on to Andrés Bello Avenue. After that, I passed in front of the Antonio Patricio de Alcalá University Hospital. Then I walked down Bolívar Street. And finally, I arrived home.

I have to go back to check my cholesterol, triglyceride, and other markers that directly affect blood pressure. It seems that I don't need a lab evaluation since I feel very good after doing the walks that the doctor recommended. So let's all strive to improve our health, which is the most precious thing we have.

When I walk, I always try to be in the best frame of mind, focused on every step I take, trusting in God and enjoying the pleasant sights that nature offers me. The sky was particularly blue, full of white clouds, a sight worth contemplating. Nature always has the gift of relaxing me; breathing fresh air is something we should be constantly grateful for. A new day will always be a gift.

I continue walking for my health. I feel better and want to continue with this exercise that is so good for my body. I hope to get my tests done soon and make sure everything is okay. See you in my next post. It was a pleasure sharing with you.

Caminar, caminar y caminar por mi salud me dijo el médico. Tienes un corazón sedentario, y corres el riesgo de sufrir un ataque al miocardio. Por ello ya he hecho costumbre caminar por las calles de la ciudad de Cumaná, estado Sucre. Tengo ya aproximadamente treinta días haciendo esta rutina de ejercicios. Y los resultados son estupendos. En mi cuerpo siento más tranquilidad, y ánimo para seguir adelante. En esta oportunidad estuve recorriendo la avenida Perimetral y luego me desplace por la avenida Andrés Bello. Posteriormente pase por frente al hospital universitario Antonio Patricio de Alcalá. Luego pase por la calle Bolívar. Y finalmente llegué a mi casa.

Tengo que volver a chequearme los niveles de colesterol, triglicéridos y otros marcadores que repercuten directamente en la tensión arterial. Pareciera que no necesito evaluación de laboratorio dado que me siento muy bien después de haber hecho las caminatas que me recomendó el médico. Así que vamos todos a buscar consolidar la salud, que es lo más preciado que tenemos.

Cuando camino siempre trato de ir con la mejor disposición, enfocada en cada paso que doy, confiando en Dios y disfrutando de las agradables miradas que me regala la naturaleza. El cielo estaba particularmente azul, lleno de nubes blancas, es un espectáculo digno de contemplar. La naturaleza siempre tiene el don de relajarme, respirar aire puro es algo que debemos agradecer constantemente. Un nuevo día siempre será un regalo.

Sigo caminando por mi salud, me siento mejor y quiero continuar con este ejercicio que le hace muy bien a mi cuerpo. Espero realizarme los exámenes pronto y comprobar que todo está bien. Nos leemos en una próxima entrada, fue un gusto compartir con ustedes.
