7000+步 。從廣州回香港

很久沒再超越七千步,一般每天步行四千至五千步便開始累,四千至五千步大約是行半小時路程。過程其實有點悶,但是現在體重太重(100公斤,220磅,200斤),未能做令膝蓋及足踝受壓的運動。今天因為要回香港及外出開會,結果行了七千多步。

有時沒有刻意運動,竟然會比真正地做運動行得更多的路。

現時希望慢慢減去一些重量後,痛痛快快地打一場籃球。
