Figured I’d give the back and knees a rest this week and go for a run instead of a loaded hike. I decided to go on a run along the same course and ended up hitting 10K. Did a fair pace and finished in 1:07.
Had to add a bit of time to navigate around some construction; ya, they are still paving the main road that I have to cross. I had to dodge a bit of machinery to cross coming back.
All in all pretty pleased with my time and pace.
Ended up finishing off the day with a walk around the neighborhood with my wife.
