It has been calculated that a walk of at least 30 minutes a day helps prevent cardiovascular disease, obesity, diabetes as well as depression, anxiety and panic.
This is absolutely true and while I can totally understand why someone would not want to do something like run or jog for 30 minutes, everyone without a disability can walk for that long.
