Don't only talk sports, engage in sports and have your preferred body shape

Like they say nothing good comes easy, it involves alot of hard work and dedications, geting ones body workedout everyday is not something easy, infact some sports personnel we watch on TV paid the price.
The pro wrestlers,boxers,rugby players, even the footballers we love watching have disciplined themselves and engage in gym and workout just to put their bodies in shape,
The importance of sports generally is overwhelming, and i feel taking part in sports is very crucial to ones life.

I make it a routine to always work out my body atleast two times in a week, especially weekends.
The reason is to keep my body in shape.

We made our own local gym equipments, the dumbells,weight,and believe me it has been really working out well.
not everyone of us is buoyant financially to go register at a more exotic gym centres but this one we're doing is really working out well.


  • I will go in now and clean up to enjoy some of the sporting activities for the weekend and by the way, i will be back to preview and review some interesting matches for the weekend.
