first hot run
Running at 4 pm on a 24 degrees hot sunny day. It was the first really hot day of the season. Running on asphalt mostly didn't help. I can say that this run was definitely the most difficult in the year so far.
I needed to run 12.22 kilometers to reach the daily average of eight kilometers. Without any planning and taking the turns as it felt like in the end it was 12.34 kilometers. Close enough.
The average daily distance for March 2021 is 8,004 meters with a monthly total of 248.12 kilometers. The total climb was 3,362 meters.
In April I first planned for longer runs with more climb yet now, with the lockdown and events being postponed ... I will see how I will be feeling.

For someone who runs forest and mountain terrains, I find it strange that running on asphalt feels difficult for you. I thought you'd be a speed god on it
The very first high temperatures run in a season is always difficult. Your body, and head, are adjusted to ~10 degrees and then you run in 24 degrees Celsius. It's an adjustment you simply can't make in a day.
Besides, I was skiing yesterday and got a bit of a sunburn and sore legs muscles :)
I know, excuses ... :)
