Morning Run
new.things just finished a 4.16km run, that lasted for 28 minutes.

Description from Strava: Strava2hive trying to get some speed and cadence back into my legs as well as testing my knee out. I just did 4km instead of the usual 5 which consisted of 6 x 400 metres and 200 metres easy. Half are slightly downhill and the other slight up.
