Description from Strava: Found a great use for tofu earlier.
I was not feeling the best earlier so decided to take a break this morning and didn't do my ride. I realized my day might not let me get a chance to ride or run later so squeezed in a technique session on the treadmill. Stretching my legs and back and neck and a quick break from the laptop.

Did you stop because you got tired or because of a time limit or some other reason? That is sub 6 minute per km pace so for me I would have had to stop before you did.

This is a time limit thing for me...My marathon pace is usually sub 5 minutes per kilometre, so training at this pace for 20 minutes is no major issue for me
