Morning Ride

I just finished a 26.842km cycling that lasted about 1hh:12mm:41ss !

The Olympics have been going strong and I've been loving the swimming, road cycling and triathlon the most but great to see the Japanese public enjoying it as well as a the Aussies in the mix in their respective races.

For me it's back to work and back riding to work and it has finally stopped raining for a couple of days. We've been a little washed out the past few weeks. I hope it lasts cause riding indoors can be a little boring.

The Olympics are inspiring even though I know a lot of people in Japan did not want them to go ahead right now. The Brits are doing well and got 2 silvers in triathlons as well as golds in the pool. Last night someone on the BBC said Brits called Tom would be 8th on the medal table :)

Britz call Tom would be 8th, that's pretty awesome. Your right they smashed the triathlon and will be difficult to beat on the teams race on Saturday. I think it will be another good race to watch.
