My Actifit Report Card: February 20 2021
Woke up and got my ring workout in super early! Definitely been noticing more sustained strength gains now that it’s been over a month straight with my routine.
Also, got in 10 miles on the bike yesterday!!
All exercises performed with wooden calisthenics rings.
Pull-ups
Set 1: 7 Reps
Set 2: 6 Reps
Ab Raises
Set 1: 10 Reps
Set 2: 10 Reps
Chin-ups
Set 1: 5 Reps
Set 2: 4 Reps
Pushups
Set 1: 8 Reps
Set 2: 7 Reps
