another week is over, and another post is about to be posted. I do really need to write more interesting posts or think about a subject earlier,
Today's training wasn't much, typically Sunday's are my rest days however I managed to squeeze a 4 mile walk as well as 20 to 30 mins in my elliptical machine.
Last night was a heavy weight training session, tomorrow may be weights but it depends on what time I get home. I may be away until late, it also depends on the weather as we're due a storm here.
So, not much to report.
