My Actifit Report Card: June 30 2025
Today was a busy and a good day. Started out with some housework and some errands.
I followed that up with back, leg and core workout. Including goblin squats, reverse lunges, dumbbell Romanian deadlifts. The core was some Russian twists, plank pull through, bird dog and glute bridge with some weight.
After that, went and played twenty holes of disc golf, only three over this time so a much better round!
