My Actifit Report Card: July 2 2025
As far as activity, today was not too bad, as far as soreness, it was horrible!!!
Getting back into lifting, even the light weights that i am doing is rough. My hamstrings really hurt from Monday's still.
So, at the office I did three or four laps around campus just trying to get the muscles to loosen up, it worked a little bit.
Got home, ate dinner, did some housework, then I did a recovery workout. Mostly stretching, but had some wall sits and weighted glute bridges, hopefully I will not be as sore tomorrow.
