Day framed by walks. My Actifit Report Card: April 27 2022
I started the day early with my “routine” (in quotes ‘cause it’s not everyday) walk of 10km. I have modified it a bit, combining a forest, river bank and our castle.
For the evening I had planned writing a long due post on my hiking blog. However, I got a request to help to move two of our Ukrainian ladies to a new location. Job done, I changed my plans. I was close to a large park so I used the opportunity for another walk. Adding a loop of +8km to my day allowed me to:
- hit the target in @poprzeczka competition- which gives me two “days off” before my planned Saturday hike
- mount a serious challenge to my today’s rival in @poliac
Looking forward to seeing how @bucipuci and @roger5120 do in today’s @macfit Champions League Final.

They are reckless and should have shown the proper media what they had before taking me hostage for 5 years. I know there are many in prison that dont deserve to be there because of this. Its a terrorist act on American soil while some say its not real or Im a mental case. Many know its real. This is an ignored detrimental to humanity domestic and foreign threat. Ask informed soldiers in the American military what their oath is and tell them about the day you asked me why. Nobody has I guess. Maybe someone told ill informed soldiers they cant protect America from military leaders in control with ill intent. How do we protect locked up soldiers from telling the truth?
