Be fit Or be Dead #28
Hey.
I have a few days off until the end of the week, but I want to use them as actively as possible.
If weather permitting, I want to do the right bike training every day.
Today I decided to ride a bike in the field.
Initially, the route led in the shadow of the forest. after a few kilometers the road turned into fields.
I drove through the fields and the road ended in a forest by a forest stream.
I don't have off-road tires, so I had to walk a bit along the stream, pushing my bike and looking for some way. A thick forest surrounded me on both sides.
After a long walk along the stream, I reached the edge of the forest.
After leaving the forest on the horizon, I saw storm clouds, heard distant thunder and saw lightning in the distance. So I decided to turn right to ride the rest of the route from far of the storm.
This is my today's route drawn on the map.
The bottom gray graph is the height graph.
You can see the mountain under which I was driving today (after driving on asphalt, in the second half of the ride). The red bar is a heart rate graph.
To sum up - during the hour of driving I drove almost 16 kilometers (including half in the field, plus a walk along the stream) I burned 741 calories, and had "a nice" uphill ride.
During the climb my heart rate was so high, that I spent 14% of my training time in the anaerobic range.

At the end
I will add that by the end of August there are only a few days left, and I would like to do a better job than in July, and I would like to burn over 10,000 calories in training. For today I have 8,764 calories burned, so I have little left, so WORK!

How I wish I could try it someday 😁.
Nice post following you on sprtshub @herbaycity.
On a bike is a very simple matter. Just get on your bike and ride straight ahead where your eyes will take You.
