another late night run

This year the run pattern is:

  • late

  • cold

  • snowy

  • short

Never mind, I am building my running fitness slowly yet deliberately.

are you aiming for some sort of distance or pace goal in your runs for the long-term?

For now I am simply doing two miles easy pace every day since I am coming back from knee injury.

In a couple of weeks i intend to start a proper planned training for a sub 4 marathon in May. Nothing special since I don't train for speed for a long time.

A bit of background - I did around 80 marathon or longer runs ;)
