Dobrepolje 10K
Finally, an official running event after more than three months of pause.
Today I was alone at home and I didn't know what to do besides going for a short run. So I checked running events and found out about Dobrepolje 10 K run. And that was it.
Flat run, most of it on tarmac which I like much more than asphalt. It was fun, it was as quick as I can hold the pace. 4:39 minutes per kilometer in the end. Satisfied. And fourth in my age group, surprisingly.
No photos from the run itself. Yet, I found these bees buzzing around th eevent area.

Thanks. I was surprised I can still run reasonably fast without any speed training.
Hmm, VO2max? Let me see ... This is an interesting chart ...
It shows that VO2max is pretty stable, at 43, even with a drastically lowered training load. After the flood I just stopped training :(
ps: 43 is nothing special. I can do better
