My Actifit Report Card: March 31 2025
Today was another good day of activity, showed the campus around, walked around a few more times as well.
Then finished up the day with a good time in the weightroom. Started with deadlifts which are always a killer way to start.
Then we did some dumbell curls paired with dumbell squats. Then some barbell step ups and more curls, needless to say arms and legs were burning. Followed that with some Romanian single leg deadlifts and finished with some reverse crunches.
