My Actifit Report Card: May 4 2025

One word describes the day of activity, housework.

A couple of loads of dishes, a couple of loads of laundry, picking up and cleaning in different areas of the house. I didn't get to packing, will have to pick that up, but it was a relaxing day, which is what I needed.

Add in a good amount of stretching and it finishes out the activity.
