My Actifit Report Card: August 6 2025
Today was a busy day walked around campus a few times, got a lot of stretching in, also got a lot of work done. When I got home cleaned the kitchen a little bit and dis some prep work on things.
I was able to make it to the weightroom as well. Lots of shoulder items. Had some rows, some reverse flys, some incline rear delt raises, some balance items with the kettlebells.
Overall, it was not a bad day, my shoulder is a little on the sore side with the knee is sore as well.
