Today was a lot of walking and being active. Catered my mother-in-law's eightith birthday party, so there was a lot of the running around. The setup, the keep up, the cleanup, which was a lot of effort.

I was able to get nine holes of disc golf in at a new course, well, it is not a new course, but new to my udisc account.
