Today was a good day for activity. Started out with twenty holes of disc golf, i shot four under, so that is always a good day!

Then, I ate, judged a barbecue competition, it was a good round, lots of walking to get to and from the judging area, always good to walk it off.

Then, went over to a buddy's house to celebrate his kids birthdays. Ended up roughing around with the boys, ages eight and nine, also was teaching on how to swing a bat for baseball.

A busy day overall, but a good one.
