My Actifit Report Card: October 10 2025

Today was a good day. Started with coffee as always, while getting that setup and going i did a couple of sets of push-ups and a good amount of stretching. My hamstrings are super tight!

After that, dis some relaxing items along with some things around the house, some cleaning, which is never fun but necessary.

Then played eighteen holes of disc golf with a buddy, best disc, we did pretty good. Especially since it was rather windy and rain was sprinkled through the round, but about 70 the whole time.
