My Actifit Report Card: May 23 2026

Today was all about the housework. I did get a lot of things done around the house, to the point where I had to take breaks or my leg might collapse.

I did a good amount of picking up and cleaning a couple of rooms. Then a couple of loads of dishes, along with cooking... then i did a load of laundry all the way through with folding it and putting it away.

I was also able to get my physical therapy for my neck and shoulders, they felt good had some popping but the stretches were nice.
