Advanced Lateral Raises Variation

If know shit about building the mid part of your shoulders (side delts) you'll know lateral raises, and you'll know they are mainly performed standing, or sitting, usually both hands at a time. But here is an advanced variation. Here you're lying/leaning on the inclined bench. This really puts you against gravity and makes your side delt work harder.
Then there is that stretch I've talked a lot about. When you bring your hands down on the eccentric part of the movement close to your crotch. Lying/leaning like this makes a deeper stretch possible at that end point, a stretch you can't get with any other variation.
