Deadlifts and Other Dangerous Lifts

The most dangerous lifts are Deadlifts, Squats, Bench Presses. A lot of warnings are regularly given about these lifts, and there are a lot of great bodybuilders who avoid one or more of these lifts.
The danger is usually that they lead to injuries. Shoulder injuries, lower back/waist injuries, knee injuries. All these injuries, as you can see, affects very important joints and can lead to very poor bodily function. Imagine having a problem with you waist or knees or shoulders, what other joints are more important than those? You can't walk properly and can't lift day to day things properly either.
So one has to be very careful.
I've had all three injuries, though, but luckily for me it wasn't severe enough and I've healed fully from all of them. I currently do not ever do squats, I only still do deadlifts and bench presses, but I feel like I might start doing squats again in future.
The trick is to always do proper warm ups before doing these exercise, and to make sure you don't use too much weights for the main trainings. Those are the things I i try to do to make sure I never get those injuries anymore and they've been working that's why I'm now thinking of getting squats back into my mix.
