Morning Run

new.things just finished a 4.83km run, that lasted for 45 minutes.
This run helped new.things burn 349.0 calories.

Description from Strava: No work again with a lot more rain over night, at least I got a sleep in and could run in day light.

All the usual creeks were high and running fast.

I was lucky not to get caught in this spiders web.

Lots of unusual thinks were starting o grow all over the place.

It was even too wet for the worms.

Garmin seems to some new screens in beta test mode, it will be very interesting to see what they come up with.
