Morning Run

prof_image_8140338.png@new.things just finished a 7.81km run, that lasted for 68 minutes. This run helped new.things burn 502.0 calories.

Description from Strava: Strava2hive intervals back on my Hive Hill after a few weeks off. I seemed to have lost a lot of fitness and struggled to do 6x400m @6:30 pace. I don't think it will take long to get it back to where I was. Might be a good time to top up my XRP and bitcoin holdings from my Hive rewards. Crypto seems to be hotting up again.

It felt as hard as the garmin graph looks.

Last few weeks mileage totals have been down but hopefully I can push it higher again now we are home.


Happy my Hive earns did not drop that much while we were away and only able to post via my phone.
