I had to walk up the stairs twice in a row because I forgot the cat food. I wonder what my actifit report would look like. "congratulations you are now a potato" 😭😂🥔

!LOL
Actifit does give anything extra for elevation gain even though any elevation gain is a much harder workout

I notice a distinct difference between your pace with your group runs with BSB and this pace, which is still really good in my mind though.

I basically only run hard once per week, usually at parkrun but it is hard to tell with my training data as I live in a very hilly area and the elevation gain has me walking a lots of the hills. So most of my training is done at 8 minute per kilometre pace average up and down hills.

8min per kilometer is a nice pace for me. I think it is my normal pace when I am just trying to enjoy myself and get a bit of the ol' exercise in.
