I think just getting out can be good for you. I know I spend too much time indoors. Just have to dodge the rain lately.
What a week it’s been, so stuck in the work loop at the moment, it’s a bit frustrating. The weather is looking much nicer as I write this. Tina and I are going to take a walk around a lake we’ve not explored tonight. A local nature reserve, shall log it on Strava.
