I’ve found that the days I take a walk around the block before work just set me up really well for the day.

The light and the colours at this time of year can be nice, even if it's colder. I work from home some days, but need to still get outside for a bit.

Certainly will do. Watching an interesting video on Suno Studio at the moment and warrants a post or two on here sometime. I’ve forgotten about work for now.
