Just a guy who lost what I consider to be a lot of weight by making gradual and long-lasting changes to his life. I really believe that others can do the same and it isn't even that difficult - you just gotta change your mindset.

what a wonderful looking running trail! I wish we had those here! Well we do kind of, but there are hundreds of people on it at all times of day.
