Just a guy who lost what I consider to be a lot of weight by making gradual and long-lasting changes to his life. I really believe that others can do the same and it isn't even that difficult - you just gotta change your mindset.

This is a time limit thing for me...My marathon pace is usually sub 5 minutes per kilometre, so training at this pace for 20 minutes is no major issue for me

Running is going to get your heart rate up more than cycling due to where you live. The stationary bike is my secret weapon as it helps me lose weight and can get me into shape…
