Just a guy who lost what I consider to be a lot of weight by making gradual and long-lasting changes to his life. I really believe that others can do the same and it isn't even that difficult - you just gotta change your mindset.

I feel you! I consider myself lucky with living in the middle of some green. Maybe you can take a train away from it all and hike there?

I do run by feel, but on some runs I check my pace. For this run the graph on Strava is a bit misleading as I think I left my watch running when I got back and this has skewedโฆ

interesting. There is an event Night Skating every second Friday in Dresden. Sometimes with 500-1000 people. In London I saw a similar thing by the OXford Street with about 60โฆ
