The third round brought a lot of excitement and new seasonal records in both leagues. The average number of steps also improved, thanks mainly to strong performances in the Silver League.

Here is a summary of the third round of the POLIAC Golden League. After two rounds full of surprises, the third brought further changes that intensified the competition even more.

Key Highlights from Round 3:

  • @wahacoce proved to be the sensation of this round, achieving the best score of the season in the Golden League (SGLB) with 32032 steps. This impressive achievement allowed him to defeat @itz.inno and move up in the standings.

  • Leader after first round, @browery, suffered a surprising defeat. He lost to @new.things, who achieved his season-best score of 30280 steps. This shows how unstable a position at the top is and how fierce the competition has become.

  • Many players, including @manuvert, @racibo, @new.things, @fredkese, and @cezary-io, recorded their seasonal personal bests (SPB), which indicates a rising level of competition.

  • @danmaruschak maintained his dominance, defeating @cezary-io. With three consecutive wins, he has solidified his position as the leader.

  • Unfortunately, @bucipuci suffered another defeat, losing to @benbow2017. With three losses on his record, the defending champion still can't find the form from last season. On the other hand, @benbow2017 secured his third victory, joining the group of leaders.

After three rounds, there are as many as five players at the top of the table with a perfect 9 points.

@danmaruschak maintained his lead with the best step differential. Close behind him are @ptaku, @racibo, @benbow2017, and @erikklok, who have also won all their matches.

It's also worth noting @manuvert, who, despite his loss to @fredkese, was awarded the best loser of the round, which speaks to his good form.

The third round of the POLIAC tournament in the Silver League has solidified the positions of several players at the top of the table and showed that even veterans have to work hard to stay in the league. The competition is becoming more and more intense, as evidenced by a new seasonal record.

Key Highlights from Round 3:

New Seasonal Record: The most spectacular event of this round was the result from @caspermoeller89, who took an impressive 27052 steps in his match against @ronnie10. This incredible performance is the new best score of the season in the Silver League (SSLB) and placed him 5th in the standings, despite an earlier loss.

Leaders After 3 Rounds: At the top of the table, with a perfect 9 points, are: @flemingfarm, @jjprac, @davidthompson57, and @asia-pl. All these players are consistently winning their matches, which puts them in an excellent position to fight for promotion. It is worth noting that @flemingfarm has the highest total step count in the league, which underscores his dominance.

Veterans at the Top: @tom45p and @actifit-godfish have returned to their winning ways, climbing to 6th and 7th place, respectively. @actifit-godfish, despite a loss in Round 1, is consistent with his scores (over 14000 steps), which will certainly be crucial later in the season.

Relegated Players and Debutants: @silvertop, a relegated player from the Golden League, continues his climb up the table.
