The twelfth round of the POLIAC Golden League tournament was full of excitement, with the most significant result being the spectacular strengthening of the leader at the expense of his biggest rival. The competition for the top spots is very fierce, with as many as four players currently sharing 18 points.

Sensations and Key Decisions:

@danmaruschak Wins the Leader's Match: The highlight of the round, the duel for the top spot, ended with a decisive victory for @danmaruschak over @benbow2017 (31293 to 12562 steps). This not only solidified @danmaruschak as the sole leader with 33 points but also earned him the Best Score in Golden League award.

Massive Logjam for the TOP 10: The greatest intensity is seen in the middle of the table, where players with 18 points are fighting for spots 7–10: @manuvert, @cezary-io, @erikklok, and @revlat35. Their final positions are currently being decided by minimal step differential differences.

  • @manuvert secured a crucial victory over @sk1920, returning to the TOP 8.
  • @cezary-io defeated @mushanov, entering the TOP 8.
  • @erikklok, despite a loss to @browery, received the Best Score among Losers award (20729 steps), which speaks to his strong performance.

Fight for Survival:

  • @racibo won his duel against the defending champion, @bucipuci, strengthening his grip on 3rd place.
  • @bucipuci, despite the loss, achieved his Season Personal Best (SPB) – 13462 steps. This is a symbolic success in the face of another defeat.
  • @merthin and @itz.inno secured important victories, moving away from the relegation zone.

Although the results of Round 13 have not been provided, we know that @danmaruschak vs @bucipuci and @benbow2017 vs @new.things were key matches that will certainly impact the further shape of the table.

The competition in the Golden League is entering a phase where every victory is priceless, especially for players with 18 and 15 points who are fighting for advancement.

After the twelfth round of the POLIAC Silver League competition, the top of the league became even more monolithic, and the fight for the two promotion spots is now primarily limited to five players.

TOP 3 Strengthen Their Lead

Flawless Leaders: The leaders — @flemingfarm (12272 steps), @caspermoeller89 (17053 steps), and @davidthompson57 (10349 steps) — secured confident victories, forming a Group of Three with a perfect 33 points.

@silvertop with Best Score of the Round (SPB): @silvertop achieved his Season Personal Best (SPB) of 18652 steps, for which he received 100 AFIT. The win solidified his 6th place with 24 points.

@tom45p Jumps into TOP 5: @tom45p (18,124 steps) secured a crucial victory over @elizabethbit, giving him 27 points and a climb into the TOP 5.

The Battle for 4th Place

@actifit-godfish (14378 steps) won against @a07. He maintained 4th place with 30 points.

The fight for 4th place is incredibly tight: @actifit-godfish (30 pts) must be wary of @tom45p (27 pts).

Distinguished Loser: @atongis achieved an excellent score of 10,725 steps but lost to @homesteadlt. His performance was recognized as the Best Score among Losers (100 AFIT).

@pjansen, @homesteadlt, and @alovely088 also secured victories, moving them into the 18-point group.

Activity Crisis

@pinkhub, @zubygeee, and @a07 once again recorded 0 steps. @a07 is close to disqualification with eight rounds of inactivity (exceeding 50% of inactive rounds). @zubygeee and @a07 are the only players with no realistic chance of staying in the league without a radical change.
